My sincerest condolences to Kirk's family during this difficult time. Unfortunately I was unable to make it to his funeral but I wanted to share some of my experiences with Kirk, Kirk was a dear friend, whom I knew since the first grade. We ran together on the Bert Bowes track and field team and Kirk was a great, long distance runner! He always spurred me on! After graduation, we worked together on numerous pipeline projects at Hyland Oilfield where Kirk was always known as a hard worker. Kirk was a great guy, he would give the shirt off his back to someone in need and in talking to him over the years, he was very proud of his children. It is such a tragedy what happened and my prayers are with his family during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Kirk Your friend, Darren Lamothe
