Tegan was a one of a kind, watching him learn things from his big brother Riley. He learned fast on how to not get into trouble but somehow managed to get Riley into trouble. He always had a big smile on his face, no matter what, that is what I will remember most of my youngest nephew. Tegan you will be missed.
